The year has certainly got away from me as I find myself caught up in producing new books and exciting food and wine projects. I will send out newsletters from time to time but as I know so many of you are interested in recipes, starting Wednesday June 10, 2009 a new recipe will be put on my web site every week on Wednesday.
Quality seasonal food is my passion and we all want recipes that one, work, and two don’t take for ever to prepare. Travelling the length and breadth of Australia, frequent overseas trips and many chef mates, my cooking is constantly fed with new ideas that will be shared with readers over the coming months. Add to recipes there will be tips about technique and wine suggestions.
If you love cooking, love entertaining and sharing a great bottle with friends, but don’t want to spend the entire day in the kitchen then I’m with you! Having friends over is meant to be fun for everyone!
