The last few months have been packed with exciting challenges
The last few months have been packed with exciting challenges My new book is now available and of course with that comes the ensuing round of public events to publicise the book, so I’ll be out and about in October and November with many public appearances. I am delighted with my new book, lovely graphics, gorgeous publication and a collection of really great fast and fabulous recipes!
Having just returned from a flying visit to Europe it has been a matter of hitting the ground running. Highlights of the trip were eating at Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck and La Terraza Del Casino in Madrid, complete with a personal visit to the “lab” plus some fabulous traditional food in sunny Spain, but more about that later.
