Barbecued King Salmon with Ponzu

Serves 4 as a main course
Cooking 6 minutes

4 King salmon fillets, approx 160 – 170g each
¼ cup ponzu (soy sauce with citrus)

Place salmon skin side down on a heated oiled barbecue and cook uncovered for 3 minutes or until the skin is crisp, turn and cook for a further 3 minutes or until cooked as desired.  It is best pink in the middle.

Drizzle with ponzu before serving.

Lyndey's note: Ponzu is a citrus flavoured soy sauce, available in the Asian aisle of the supermarket
