The series
Over eight episodes, Lyndey Milan explores the Counties of Ireland. She gets under the rolling green skin of the country to reveal the unexpected, meeting extraordinary characters that take her to places she would never have known but for them, and of course... tasting and cooking incredible dishes that reveal the extraordinary and surprising depth of delicious Irish produce and food. And as much as Ireland is about food, it is also about the people who make that food. Lyndey celebrates Irish culture with larger than life characters who take her by the hand, sweeping her around corners, up alleys and lanes, and into little known corners of the country to discover their rich and deep seated passions.
