Aperol and Red Grapefruit Cocktail
Preparation 10 minutes
10 red or pink grapefruit, juiced and strained
1 bottle (750ml) sparkling wine
Lime slices, to garnish
- Fill 6 martini glasses or tall tumblers with crushed ice, add ¼ cup (60ml) of Aperol to each and divide the grapefruit juice evenly between them.
- Top up with sparkling wine, add a slice of lime to garnish and serve immediately.
Lyndey’s Note: When pink or red grapefruit are not in season, tinned juice can be substituted.
