Salmon with Proscuitto and Asparagus

2 x 180g King Salmon fillets, skinless
2 large slices (45g) prosciutto or thin bacon
1 bunch asparagus, ends snapped off
salt and pepper
lemon cheeks, to serve
Preheat the oven to hot (200’C).
Wrap prosciutto around the centre of the salmon and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper with the join underneath the salmon. Put asparagus around. Bake for 8 minutes or until cooked as desired. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with lemon cheeks.
