Roasted Asparagus and Truss Tomatoes

3 bunches asparagus, trimmed
3 branches baby truss tomatoes on the vine
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
- Pre-heat oven to 160°C fan-forced.
- Place asparagus and tomatoes in a baking tray. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper and roast in oven until asparagus is tender-crisp, about 20 – 25 mins.
